NYG

Which one is your favorite 1-2????? I get asked all the time about how much do you have to practice yoga or stretch to be as flexible as I am. It's individual, we all are unique... Some people are naturally more flexible than others and some body parts can be very flexible and some not.???? I've liked stretching since a young age! I've photos of myself doing splits at the age of 4. Stretching is something that has never felt too uncomfortable for me, but the opposite. Although I still have some body parts that are much more flexible than others and usually we love to stretch more our flexible areas. ???? So to clarify, I can't say what amount of yoga helped me reach this point because I have stretched quite a lot during my whole life. Not just for fun but with determination too. And also before I found yoga. ???? Nowadays, at 30 years old, I think I try more or less to mainitain my flexibility and focus on strenght and correct lines. I don't push my limits anymore like I did when I was younger. If you want to improve your flexibility, I recommend to do yoga for sure but also add some stretching into daily rutines you love - like if you are watchig tv, reading books, listening to podcasts or music... Do some stretching at the same time! Those days when I don't practice yoga, it's easy to stretch at least 10-15 minutes like that. It feels good and you will see the differences quite quickly if you turn it into a little daily routine. ???? My digital magazine —> @nudamag

MY FOOD PHILOSOPHY (part 1) I was 17 when I started to lose weight for the first time. My modeling agency told me that I needed to lose weight as quickly as possible. I was supposed to start working abroad in 10 days and my measurements weren't good enough for them. I googled how to do it and I started a super crazy diet in which I didin't eat much at all. I followed the quide so strictly that even one additional grape was too much. I lost weight but it came back later and my metabolism was a total mess. For the next 8 years I was looking for the right way to eat! I've tried all different kind of diets. Dozens I would say. I was never overweight at all but it felt like I was trying to loose my weight continuously. I thought about food all the time and it dominated my life. The good thing is that I read and educated myself very much on nutrition, healthy food and diets. And I've found a great way to eat which is relaxed, flexible, fun, easy but nutrition rich and healthy. I never thought it would be possible. So how do I eat now?! ???? I will do a few different captions because I could talk about this endlessly! ???? But I wanted to say that we all are unique and you know best what is good for you. But please, don't be too absolute. I don't believe in strict diets at all (anymore). I believe in delicious, nutrition rich and normal food. Balance... Then it's impossible to ruin your diet because there isn't one. ????❤️
